Two must-see videos...

Now and then when I checked on yogi adityanath's work in UP, he seemed sincere in some of the steps he was taking on health, farmers, etc. I knew he had led riots in Gorakhpur before becoming CM, but hoped that all that was in his past for now.

But this video shows how extreme Adityanath's views are - he says he wants our country to be partitioned along religious lines. Yogi's appointment as CM of UP showed what Modi and Amit Shah's priorities for our country really are.

And ofcourse one more lie by modi in the long list of lies one finds almost daily : he said before the 2014 national elections that a special court would be set up to fast track all cases against politicians. instead he helped yogi close as UP CM, a very large number of very serious cases against himself including attempt to murder.

This documentary film by an awarded film-maker Anand Patwardhan is called 'Ram ke Naam'. It explores how the Sangh Pariwar deliberately created an emotive dispute in Ayodhya where there was none. It shows how upper caste Hindus, funded by Indian industry and from abroad, led by Singhal of VHP and Advani of the BJP, took out 'rath yatras' to 'drive out Babar ki santan' and make the Mandir where the Babri Masjid was.

The documentary shows how the scheduled castes felt their issues were linked to survival and not this trumped up so-called 'religious issue' and did not become part of the movement then. The muslims were non-plussed on why aggressive divisions were being suddenly created where they had always lived closely with their Hindu neighbours in and all around Ayodhya.

Traditional mahants of ayodhya temples said there had been peace in ayodhya always and the so-called movement was being trumped up only to grab lots of money from unthinking people, and to scare and solidify a Hindu vote bank.

Well, you are seeing a re-run of the 'movement' now, so i thought you would like to see how it began..
